Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Sr Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to lead Integrated Master Schedules for high‑complex programs. You will optimize plans, manage risks, and mentor junior schedulers while aligning with DoD and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in project planning/scheduling; 10+ years if no degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar toolset.
• Strong ability to drive discussions and follow through.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and customers.
• Knowledge of EVM, DCMA 14-point, IPMDAR and Mil-STD-881.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated master plans and schedules for complex projects.
• Ensure schedules align with strategic goals and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks using advanced techniques.
• Resolve critical path and logic conflicts with metrics and charts.
• Prepare detailed schedule reports for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity.
• Mentor junior schedulers and advance scheduling practices.
