Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a Sr Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to provide strategic oversight of schedules across multiple complex projects. You will optimize planning processes, mentor junior schedulers, and ensure schedules are realistic and aligned with organizational goals.

Role requires deep scheduling knowledge, collaboration across multifunctional teams, and ability to communicate status to senior leadership. Eligible for a Secret US security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 6+ years in project planning/scheduling; substitute with 10+ years if no degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated master plans for highly complex projects.
• Oversee tracking of project plans for enterprise-wide integration.
• Conduct advanced risk analysis to mitigate schedule risks.
• Resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using PMP tools.
• Evaluate schedule compliance and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed schedule reports for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scheduling data.
• Support advanced scheduling best practices and process improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts in scheduling techniques.
