Job summary

Checkr Trust is hiring a Senior Account Executive to own the insurance vertical, defining ICPs across carriers, MGAs, program administrators, and insurtech platforms. You will leverage existing relationships to accelerate pipeline and manage the full deal lifecycle from cold outreach to close.

You will educate the market on a forming category, translate Checkr Trust’s value to underwriting and risk management, and navigate complex stakeholder processes while leveraging AI to drive efficiencies

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience.
• Deep roots in the insurance industry.
• Experience selling six- or seven-figure deals in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to build pipeline where brand awareness is low.
• Experience in startups or startup-like environments.
• Proven track record of outperforming targets with AI-enabled tactics.

Responsibilities

• Own the insurance vertical and define ICPs across carriers, MGAs, and insurtech platforms.
• Leverage existing insurance relationships to accelerate pipeline.
• Own the entire deal lifecycle from cold outreach to multi-threaded close.

• Collaborate with product, legal, operations, and leadership to win in insurance.
