Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join EY's Business Transformation & Growth practice. This role leads client engagements across life insurance programs, manages multidisciplinary teams, and shapes EY's insurance consulting growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, or comparable PAS.
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity value chain: configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims.
• Program management experience with onshore/offshore delivery models and multiple vendors.
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, and strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs aligned with objectives and architecture.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client leaders, driving strategic outcomes and alignment.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
• Lead governance forums and drive collaboration across client, EY, and vendor teams.
• Ensure delivery excellence with Agile, SAFe, DevOps, quality engineering, and release readiness.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions, automation, data-driven insights to improve value.
• Mentor consulting teams and support career development and growth.
• Support account growth through relationship management, proposals, and thought leadership.
