Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager for the Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead client engagements and oversee multidisciplinary teams focused on life, annuity, and group insurance transformation initiatives. The role emphasizes delivering large-scale programs, guiding strategic outcomes, and shaping EY\'s insurance consulting practice.

You will work with executives, manage complex delivery environments, and contribute to growth through solution shaping, estimations, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong experience working within Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, architecture standards, and contractual commitments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving strategic outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and overall delivery performance.
