Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice, leading life, annuity, and group insurance transformation programs. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, define roadmaps, and ensure governance and architecture alignment across complex engagements.

You will partner with client executives, drive growth, and help shape EY's insurance consulting practice while delivering measurable value in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar PAS.
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity value chain (product configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims).
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence leaders.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs; ensure alignment with objectives, architecture, and commitments.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders; drive strategic outcomes.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across workstreams.
• Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
• Lead governance forums; collaborate with client, EY, and vendor teams to resolve challenges.
• Monitor delivery health, security, compliance, and architectural standards; address risks.
