Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead complex life insurance transformation programs and multi-disciplinary teams. You will drive strategy, governance, and delivery across client engagements while shaping EY’s insurance consulting practice.

The role emphasizes leading large-scale programs, managing budgets and risks, and delivering tangible business value through technology enablement and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6–10+ years of experience.
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with policy administration platforms like FAST, FINEOS, ALIP or equivalents.
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs and governance.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders.
• Define delivery roadmaps, budgets, risks, and success metrics.
• Coach teams and support cross-functional collaboration across vendors.
