Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice, leading complex life insurance and group benefits transformation programs for major providers. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive growth, and deliver strategic programs with accountability for outcomes.

You will also oversee governance, leverage Agile/SAFe practices, and mentor consultants, while building enduring client relationships and shaping EY's insurance consulting offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs and ensure delivery aligns with objectives, architecture, and contracts.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Lead governance forums and drive collaboration across client, EY, and vendors to resolve challenges.
