Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice, leading client engagements in life, annuity, and group insurance transformations. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape delivery roadmaps, and partner with senior clients to drive value.

You'll oversee program governance, manage budgets and risks, and contribute to growth through business development and thought leadership, while advancing EY's insurance consultancy capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs and ensure delivery aligns with objectives and standards.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client leaders, driving strategic outcomes and alignment.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
