Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with governance and delivery oversight.
• Act as trusted advisor to client executives and drive strategic outcomes.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources and delivery performance.
