EY is seeking a Manager in its Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead large-scale insurance transformation programs, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive growth across life, annuity, and group benefits sectors. You’ll shape delivery roadmaps, governance, and stakeholder alignment while advancing AI adoption and operational excellence.

You will build high-performing teams, mentor consultants, and contribute to client strategy, engagements, and pursuit activities, with up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance experience.
• Led large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models and execution strategies.
• Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies and delivery performance.
• Drive AI, automation and data-driven insights to improve value.
