Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead client engagements across life, annuity, and group benefits insurance, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and drive large-scale business and technology transformation programs for leading providers.

In this role, you will develop talent, influence senior stakeholders, and shape EY's insurance consulting growth while delivering measurable business value through thoughtful leadership and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 6–10+ years of professional experience.
5+ years in Life, Annuity or Group Benefits insurance.
Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs.
Experience with policy administration platforms.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale platform transformation programs and ensure alignment with objectives.
Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across workstreams.
Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and overall delivery performance.
Mentor teams and contribute to business development and account growth.
