Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years leading large-scale transformation programs in life, annuity, or group benefits.
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance, and execution strategies across workstreams.
• Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
