Qualifications

• ~3+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution Management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field or commensurate experience.
• For field roles, valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Executes the Territory strategy and drives growth for insurance products in the designated territory.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Represents the company within the territory through agency visits, networking, and community involvement.
• Provides support to agencies (underwriting, training, troubleshooting) to foster trust and brand loyalty.
