Job summary

Westfield Insurance is seeking a Virtual Sales Senior Territory Manager to implement the territory strategy, drive profitable growth, and manage agency relationships within the assigned distribution channel.

You will analyze sales data, prepare dashboards and reports, collaborate with UW and product teams, and travel up to 25% to engage agencies and communities. This role emphasizes market knowledge and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution Management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field and/or commensurate work experience.
• For field roles, only: Valid driver’s license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Executes the Business territory strategy in their designated territory and handles marketing, business development, and achieving annual growth targets for insurance products in the assigned territory.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Represents and promotes the company within the territory through agency visits, networking, and community involvement.
• Provides necessary support to agencies to foster trust, comfort, and brand loyalty.
• Collaborates with Distribution Management in agency planning and customized compensation; assists in identifying the need for new agencies.
• Gathers competitive and market intelligence through agency engagements and networking.
• Prepares and presents regular sales reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate sales performance and insights.
• For field roles, expected to drive/travel at least 25% of working time.
