Job summary

Westfield is seeking a Sales Senior Territory Manager to implement the territory strategy and drive profitable growth in the assigned area. You will engage with agencies, network in the community, and oversee marketing and production of insurance products within your territory.

You will collaborate with underwriting and product management to ensure profitability targets are met and will travel up to 50% for field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, distribution management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field.
• For field roles, a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory strategy and drive growth and marketing for insurance products in the assigned territory.
• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Represent the company in the territory through agency visits and community involvement.
• Provide underwriting, training, and support to agencies to build trust and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with Distribution Management on agency planning and compensation; assist in agency selection.
• Develop partnerships and share insights with stakeholders; prepare regular sales reports and dashboards.
• Travel up to 50% for field responsibilities.
