Westfield is seeking a Sales Senior Territory Manager to execute the territory strategy and drive growth of insurance products. You will analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and promote the company through agency visits and local engagement.

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution Management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
• Field roles require a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Executes the Business territory strategy and achieves annual growth targets for insurance products.
• Collects, analyzes and interprets sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Represents and promotes the company within the territory through agency visits, networking, and community involvement.
• Provides support to agencies including underwriting, training, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborates with Distribution Management on agency planning and customized compensation.
• Uses territory knowledge for planning, performance analysis and trend identification.
• Travel is expected to be at least 50% for field roles.
