Job summary

Westfield in the United States Northeast Territory seeks a Sales Senior Territory Manager to drive insurance product growth and territory profitability. You will engage with agencies, lead territory planning, and collaborate with underwriting and product teams to ensure targets are met.

The role requires strong sales analytics, agency development, and community engagement, with extensive travel as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in sales or distribution management are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution Management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
• For field roles, only: Valid driver’s license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Executes the Business territory strategy in their designated territory and handles marketing, business development, and achieving annual growth targets for insurance products in the assigned territory.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Represents and promotes the company within the territory through agency visits, networking, and community involvement.
• Provides necessary support to agencies to foster trust, comfort, and brand loyalty.
• Collaborates with Distribution Management in agency planning and customized compensation.
• Uses territory knowledge to focus on territory planning, performance analysis, and industry trends.
• Gathers competitive and market intelligence through agency engagements and networking.
• Stays up to date on industry topics and shares knowledge within the team.
• Collaborates with corporate shared services to implement strategy and align with governance.
• Develops partnerships to drive alignment for business segments.
• Prepares and presents regular sales reports and dashboards with actionable recommendations.
• For field roles: travel at least 50% of working time.
