Job summary

Westfield seeks a Sales Senior Territory Manager to implement the territory strategy and drive profitable growth for insurance products in Arizona/NM. You will engage agencies, network in the local community, and collaborate with underwriting and product teams to ensure profitable performance.

The role requires analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, and supporting agencies with underwriting and training. Field travel is expected at least 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution Management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field and/or commensurate work experience.
• For field roles, valid driver’s license and driving record that conforms to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute the territory strategy and achieve annual growth targets for insurance products.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Represent the company within the territory through agency visits, networking, and community involvement.
• Provide underwriting, training, and troubleshooting support to agencies.
• Collaborate with Distribution Management on agency planning and compensation.
• Travel 50% of time for field roles.
