Job summary

Westfield seeks a Virtual Sales Senior Territory Manager to implement territory strategy, drive growth, and oversee marketing and production of insurance products within the territory. The role acts as a company representative, engaging with agencies and the local community to raise brand awareness.

Responsibilities include collaborating with UW and product teams to ensure profitability, analyzing performance, and guiding agency planning with the Distribution Management team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution Management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
• For field roles, only: Valid driver’s license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Business territory strategy and achieve annual growth targets for insurance products in the assigned territory.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Represent and promote the company within the territory through agency visits, networking, and community involvement.
• Provide necessary support (e.g., underwriting, training, troubleshooting) to agencies to foster trust and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with Distribution Management in agency planning and customized compensation; assist in agency expansion.
• Gathers competitive and market intelligence through agency engagements and networking, sharing insights with leadership.
• For field roles, travel at least 25% of working time to perform essential functions.
