Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our engagement teams and deliver consulting services to major life insurance providers. You will support business transformation across product development, underwriting, policy administration, and claims while leveraging Agile, SAFe, and modern PAS tools.

You will mentor teams, partner with stakeholders, and help realize long-term, sustainable value through technology-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant working experience.
Experience in Life & Annuity value chain and policy administration platforms.
Strong communication, presentation and writing abilities.
Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives, architecture, and program commitments.
Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
Ensure alignment with regulatory and security standards and operational goals.
Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
Support governance forums with status updates and delivery insights.
