Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, delivering consulting services to Life/Group benefits clients and helping to modernize and disrupt insurance value chains. You will gain exposure to product development, underwriting, policy administration, and claims, while applying Agile and SAFe practices.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
Experience across Life, annuity, and Group benefits.
Experience delivering on policy administration platforms:
Knowledge of the Life & Annuity value chain.
Experience with on-shore/off-shore delivery models and vendors.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and architecture.
Manage delivery planning, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones.
Coordinate configuration, integration, and implementation across teams.
Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps and plans.
Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, and DevOps.
Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence.
