EY seeks a Senior Consultant to join our engagement teams, delivering consulting services across life insurance, group benefits and retirement. You'\'ll help clients reimagine processes, modernize platforms and drive long-term value through digital transformation.

The role offers exposure to product development, underwriting, policy administration, and claims across the insurance value chain, with opportunities to mentor teams and advance delivery excellence. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience in insurance consulting.
• Experience across life, annuity, and group benefits insurance lines.
• Experience delivering on policy administration platforms and APIs.
• Strong business, communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration and integration across business, technology, and vendors.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory needs.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and delivery insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release, DevOps, and readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
