Qualifications

• Candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
• Experience across Life, Annuity, and Group benefits lines.
• Familiarity with policy administration platforms is required.
• Proficiency in Life & Annuity value chain activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate configuration, integration, and implementation efforts.
• Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and enterprise standards.
• Monitor health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver results.
• Support governance forums with status updates and recommendations.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, and DevOps practices.
• Mentor juniors and pursue continuous improvement.
