Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence for a remote role that supports personal lines auto and property products. You will partner with Product Management and Digital Experience teams to leverage data, run analytics, and influence decisions that drive growth and better customer outcomes.

You will use SQL, Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and BI tools to access large data sets, build business cases, and present findings to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries required.
• Strong statistical, analytical and modeling skills with ability to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and UX leaders to optimize digital experiences through data-driven insights.
• Perform complex analyses and model scenarios to support growth and profitability targets.
• Monitor performance and trends for personal lines digital products and present actionable recommendations.
