Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence. This remote role supports personal lines auto and property products by blending insurance knowledge with digital analytics and strategic problem-solving.

You will partner with Digital Experience teams to deliver insights, influence decisions, and improve customer outcomes through data-driven recommendations and scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries required; experience across multiple functions is preferred.
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses.
• Adaptability and multitasking with strong time management.
• Ability to make effective formal presentations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI/Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) required; Python or R preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to coach and mentor co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences through experimentation and analytics.
• Performs moderately complex analysis to develop actionable recommendations for growth and profitability.
• Monitor and communicate performance, trends, and insights of digital products across personal lines auto and property.
• Assess market risks and opportunities, evaluating solutions and informing leadership decisions.
• Use SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake and Power BI to analyze large data sets.
• Support business-case development by modeling scenarios and evaluating financial impacts.
• Apply AI tools to increase efficiency and automate routine work.
• Prepare and deliver clear presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve analytics through automation and data governance.
• Collaborate across Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management, Operations, etc.
• Travel (<10%) as needed.
