Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence, to drive insights for personal lines auto and property products. This remote role partners with CSAA's Digital Experience team to apply analytics, modeling and AI to improve customer outcomes and profitability.

You will access large data sets using SQL, Snowflake and BI tools, develop actionable recommendations, and present findings to leadership while supporting cross-functional product initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytical experience in related industry.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI/Data Visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Experience with Snowflake, Python or R preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences through analytics and experimentation.
• Conduct analyses to develop actionable recommendations for growth and profitability.
• Monitor performance and insights of digital products for personal lines auto and property insurance.
• Evaluate market risks and opportunities and influence executive decisions.
• Use SQL, Excel, Snowflake, and BI tools to analyze large datasets.
• Assist in business-case development and modeling of financial impacts.
• Apply AI tools to increase efficiency and extend analytics impact.
• Prepare presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Seek automation and data governance improvements to streamline processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Actuarial, Finance, and Ops to design new products.
