Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence, to drive profitable growth for personal lines products and digital experiences. You will partner with the Digital Experience team, applying insurance knowledge with analytics to influence decisions and improve outcomes.

You will use SQL, Excel, Snowflake and Power BI to analyze data, develop business cases, and present insights to leadership. This remote role supports teams across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years analytical experience in insurance or related industries.
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills to structure analyses.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools; Snowflake, Python or R strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders, identifying opportunities to optimize digital experiences through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Performs moderately complex analyses to develop actionable recommendations that support growth and profitability targets.
• Monitors and communicates performance and insights of digital products supporting personal lines auto and property.
• Assesses market risks and opportunities, evaluating multiple solutions and using data-based insights to influence executive decisions.
• Uses SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake and Power BI to access and analyze large data sets.
• Supports business-case development for new initiatives by modeling scenarios and evaluating financial impacts.
• Applies AI tools to increase analytical efficiency and develop scalable decision-support solutions.
• Prepares and delivers clear presentations and reports to leadership and partners.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation and governance.
• Works cross-functionally with Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management, Operations, etc.
• May require travel (<10%).
