Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence, to drive growth and optimize digital experiences for personal lines products. You will partner with the Digital Experience team, leveraging SQL, BI tools, and AI to deliver insights and influence strategic decisions.

The role is remote within the United States with exceptions; requires collaboration across departments and occasional travel. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent
• 6+ years analytical experience in insurance or related industries
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker)
• Experience with Snowflake, Python or R preferred
• Strong presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders, identifying opportunities to optimize digital experiences through analytics and data-driven decisions
• Perform moderately complex analyses to develop actionable recommendations
• Monitor performance and trends of digital products supporting personal lines auto and property products
• Assess market risks and opportunities using data-driven insights to influence leadership decisions
• Use SQL, Excel, Snowflake, Power BI to analyze large data sets
• Support business-case development for new initiatives by modeling scenarios and evaluating impacts
• Apply AI tools to increase analytics efficiency and scale insights
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve analytics efficiency through automation
• Collaborate across Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management, Operations and others for new products and processes
• Travel (<10%) as needed
