Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence, to drive insights for personal lines auto and property products. You’ll partner with the Digital Experience team to blend insurance knowledge with analytics, empowering data-driven decisions and better customer outcomes.

You will use SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Snowflake to model scenarios, develop business cases, and support scalable analytics. This remote role requires collaboration across departments and <10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to present findings clearly to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI/Data Visualization tools; Snowflake, Python or R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences through data-driven decisions.
• Conduct moderately complex analyses to support growth and profitability targets.
• Monitor and communicate performance and insights of digital products for personal lines auto and property.
• Evaluate market risks and opportunities and influence executive decisions with data-based insights.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership, regional partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve analytical efficiency through automation.
