Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence, to drive insights for personal lines auto and property products. You will partner with the Digital Experience team to analyze data, influence decisions, and improve customer outcomes.

The role offers remote work nationwide with occasional travel and a strong emphasis on data governance and AI-enabled analytics. You will build analyses using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Snowflake, craft compelling leadership-ready

Qualifications

6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries.
Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools; knowledge of Snowflake, Python or R is preferred.
Ability to present formally and work across teams.
Strong communication skills and time management.
Experience with digital analytics and data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences using experimentation and analytics.
Perform moderately complex analyses and develop actionable recommendations.
Monitor performance and strategic insights for digital insurance products.
Assess market risks and opportunities using data-based insights for leadership.
Use SQL, Excel, Snowflake, Power BI to analyze large data sets.
Develop business cases for new initiatives and model financial impacts.
Apply AI tools to improve efficiency and scale analytics.
