Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence, to drive profitable growth for personal lines by blending insurance knowledge with digital analytics. You will partner with the Digital Experience team to deliver data-driven insights that shape product decisions and customer outcomes.

You will use SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other BI tools to analyze data, build business cases, and develop scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries preferred.
• Proven ability to structure and conduct analyses; strong statistical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel and BI/Data Visualization tools; familiarity with Snowflake a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as thought partner to product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences.
• Perform moderately complex analyses to develop actionable recommendations for growth and profitability.
• Monitor and communicate performance and insights of digital products for personal lines auto and property.
• Assess market risks/opportunities and influence executive decisions with data-driven insights.
• Use SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake and PowerBI to access and analyze large data sets.
