Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence, to drive growth and shape digital experiences for personal lines products. You will partner with the Digital Experience team, leveraging analytics, AI, and data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions.

The role requires deep insurance knowledge and expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools, with opportunities to mentor teammates and collaborate across functions while supporting remote-friendly work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills
• Adaptability and multitasking with good time management
• Ability to make effective formal presentations
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI/Data Visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) with Snowflake/Python/R preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and experience leaders to identify opportunities to optimize digital experiences
• Perform moderately complex analyses to generate actionable recommendations for growth and profitability
• Monitor and communicate performance and insights of digital products supporting personal lines auto and property
• Assess market risks and opportunities and influence executive decisions
• Use SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake and PowerBI to analyze large data sets
• Support business-case development by modeling scenarios and evaluating financial impacts
• Apply AI tools to increase efficiency and extend analytics impact beyond reporting
• Prepare and present results to leadership, regional partners, and cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve analytics through automation
• Collaborate across Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management, Operations and others
