Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group—CSAA IG is hiring an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence. This role partners with the Digital Experience team to blend personal lines insurance knowledge with digital analytics, delivering actionable insights and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include driving growth, optimizing digital experiences, and communicating results to leadership. Remote work is allowed nationwide with Hawaii/Alaska exceptions, travel <10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries; multi-function experience preferred.
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills.
• Ability to present formally and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI/Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker); Snowflake/Python/R preferred.
• Experience across functions and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences through experiments and analytics.
• Perform moderately complex analyses to develop actionable recommendations for growth and profitability.
• Monitor and communicate performance of digital products supporting personal lines auto and property.
• Assess market risks and opportunities, influencing executive decisions with data-driven insights.
• Use SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake and PowerBI for data analysis at scale.
• Support business-case development by modeling scenarios and evaluating financial impacts.
• Apply AI tools to increase efficiency and automate routines.
• Prepare clear, compelling presentations for leadership and partners.
• Identify process improvements and automation to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management and Ops.
• Travel (<10%) to meet teams as needed.
