Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence for a remote role across the United States (excluding Hawaii/Alaska). You will partner with Digital Experience to optimize personal lines products using analytics, AI tools, and data-driven decisions. Travel <10% may be required.

The role demands 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance, strong SQL/Excel/BI skills, and ability to craft strategic insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in math, business, stats, economics, CS or similar.
• 6+ years analytics experience in insurance; cross-functional experience preferred.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI/Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker); Snowflake/Python/R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to optimize digital experiences via analytics and experimentation.
• Perform moderately complex analyses to support growth and profitability targets.
• Monitor performance and insights of digital products for personal auto and property lines.
• Use SQL, Excel, Snowflake, and Power BI to analyze large datasets.
• Prepare clear presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate across Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management, Operations; travel <10%.
