Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence, to drive insights for personal lines products and digital experiences. The role partners with CSAA's Digital Experience team to blend insurance knowledge with analytics for decision support.

Responsibilities include partnering with product managers, performing complex analyses, and communicating findings to leadership. Remote work from anywhere in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) is supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
6+ years analytical experience in insurance or related industry.
Strong presentation, communication and team skills.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
Experience with Snowflake, Python or R preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a thought partner to product managers and leaders, identify opportunities to optimize digital experiences.
Perform moderately complex analyses to support growth and profitability targets.
Monitor and communicate performance, trends and insights of digital products.
Assess market risks and opportunities; influence executive decisions with data-driven insights.
Use SQL, Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, Python/R to analyze data.
Support business-case development for new initiatives.
