Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence to drive growth and optimize digital experiences for personal lines insurance products. You will partner with the Digital Experience team, combining insurance knowledge with analytics to influence decisions and improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and the use of SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and other BI tools.

Qualifications

• Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills.
• Ability to structure and conduct analyses.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools; Snowflake, Python or R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders to optimize digital experiences.
• Perform moderately complex analysis to develop actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and communicate performance and insights of digital products for personal lines auto and property.
• Support development of business cases by modeling scenarios and evaluating financial impacts.
