Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), a AAA insurer, is actively hiring for an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence. Remote work is available across the United States (exceptions for Hawaii and Alaska).

You will partner with the Digital Experience team to combine personal lines knowledge with analytics, delivering insights to improve customer and business outcomes. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and the application of AI tools to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries required; experience across multiple functions is preferred.
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses.
• Adaptability and multitasking with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to optimize digital experiences through experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Perform moderately complex analysis to develop actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and communicate performance and insights of digital products supporting auto and property lines.
• Assess market risks and opportunities using data-based insights to influence leadership decisions.
• Use SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake and Power BI to access and analyze data.
• Support business-cases development by modeling scenarios and evaluating financial impacts.
• Apply AI tools to increase analytical efficiency and scalable analytics.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and partners.
• Streamline processes and improve analytical efficiency through automation and data governance.
