As a trusted partner to the Digital Experience team, you will blend insurance knowledge with digital analytics to deliver insights, influence decisions, and improve customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management, and Operations, with <10% travel. Remote-first with US locations supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries.
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills.
• Adaptability and multitasking capabilities with strong time management.
• Ability to make effective formal presentations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders, identifying opportunities to optimize digital experiences through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Performs moderately complex analysis to develop actionable recommendations for growth and profitability.
• Monitor and communicate performance, trends and insights of digital products supporting personal lines auto and property.
• Assess market risks and opportunities using data-based insights to influence executive decisions.
• Utilize SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake and Power BI to access and analyze large data sets.
