Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst IV in a remote role to drive analytics for personal lines products and digital experiences. You will partner with the Digital Experience team to deliver insights, influence strategic decisions, and improve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with Actuarial, Finance, and Product teams, complex analyses, and developing data-driven recommendations. Occasional travel is possible (<10%).

• Perform moderately complex analyses to generate actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and communicate performance and trends of digital products for personal lines auto and property.
• Assess market risks and opportunities using data-driven insights for executive decisions.
• Use SQL, Excel, and BI tools to access and analyze large datasets.
• Support business-case development by modeling scenarios and evaluating financial impacts.
• Apply AI tools to increase analytical efficiency and scale analytics across the business.
