The roles focus on liaising across underwriting, accounting, compliance, and IT to translate business needs into actionable specifications while handling multi-state, multi-line policy lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other operational areas.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specifications for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle including rating, pricing, quoting, issuing policies and related activity.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and navigate workflows across lines of business, states, and regulations.
