The Atlantic District, located in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking an Elite Agent to manage a personal portfolio of insurance clients and deliver tailored solutions. You’ll engage clients through meaningful conversations, presenting comprehensive coverage aligned with long-term goals, while maintaining and expanding your book of business.

The ideal candidate holds an active Virginia P&C license with 3+ years in insurance sales, strong pipeline management, and experience with agency management

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license.
• 3+ years of insurance sales experience.
• Ability to self-manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Proficiency with agency management software and digital documentation.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and local coverage nuances.
• Professional CIC/CISR designation is valued.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new clients to understand their personal or business coverage needs through meaningful conversations.
• Develop and present comprehensive insurance solutions that align with the long-term goals of our clients.
• Maintain the health of your book of business by proactively reviewing policies and addressing coverage gaps.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine our outreach strategies and improve the client experience.
• Nurture existing client relationships through periodic check-ins and responsive, personalized support.
