Job summary

The Atlantic District in Salisbury, MD is seeking an Elite Insurance Agent who prioritizes people and community. You will cultivate relationships with individuals and local businesses, assess risks, and tailor coverage that provides true peace of mind.

With licenses in MD P&C and ideally Life/Health, you will independently manage your client book, stay current on carrier guidelines, and work with underwriters to secure competitive terms. This role values community ties and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience managing a book of insurance business.
• Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance producer license.
• Active Life and Health license is a significant plus.
• High level of comfort navigating complex policy documents and carrier guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships with individuals and local businesses across the Eastern Shore.
• Analyze unique client risks and recommend comprehensive coverage solutions that provide actual peace of mind.
• Maintain high standards of service by proactively checking in with clients to update their coverage as their lives evolve.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local gatherings to build a genuine, lasting presence.
• Coordinate with our underwriting team to secure the best possible terms and pricing for our clients.
• Keep a sharp eye on industry changes so you can always provide the most relevant and accurate advice.
