The Atlantic District in Frederick, Maryland is seeking an Elite Insurance Agent to build a client base with autonomy and strong internal support. The role emphasizes meaningful conversations and long-term partnerships over high-pressure sales.

You will conduct risk assessments, tailor coverage strategies, and manage a growing portfolio while collaborating with underwriting and claims to ensure seamless client service. A flexible schedule and work-from-home options are available.

Qualifikationen

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty License.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or relationship management.
• Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage options.
• Professional certification such as CIC or CPCU (Preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
