The Atlantic District in Alexandria, Virginia is seeking an Elite Agent to join our close-knit team and help set a new standard for service. You will manage your own client portfolio with autonomy while receiving support from a collaborative group committed to integrity and client value.

You will engage clients to assess personal and business coverage needs, tailor insurance solutions, and proactively review policies to close gaps.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients independently.
• Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation.
• Deep understanding of risk assessment and local coverage nuances.
• Professional certification or designation such as CIC or CISR is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new clients to understand their personal or business coverage needs through meaningful conversations.
• Develop and present comprehensive insurance solutions that align with the long-term goals of our clients.
• Maintain the health of your book of business by proactively reviewing policies and addressing coverage gaps.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine our outreach strategies and improve the client experience.
• Nurture existing client relationships through periodic check-ins and responsive, personalized support.
