You will own the client lifecycle from first contact to renewals, collaborating with teammates to improve service and outcomes. A Virginia license and a proven sales track record are required.

Qualifications

• Virginia Property and Casualty license is required.
• Three or more years of sales or client advisory experience.
• Advanced understanding of risk management and coverage structures.
• Strong command of office software and digital proposal tools.
• Excellent verbal communication for explaining complex information clearly.
• Track record of building and maintaining a steady client base.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of client coverage needs to ensure protection fits their life.
• Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to help more families and businesses in Roanoke.
