You will work under the direction of an Account Manager or Producer to ensure production and quality standards while handling moderately complex client needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance customer service, active licensing with CISR preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing required; CISR preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and billing issues.
• Support new and renewal business: gather underwriting info, prepare proposals, bind coverage.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and follow up on collections.
