Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines in a remote-friendly role with on-site support in Longwood, FL. You will support the account team, assist with renewals, submissions, and policy administration under supervision, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of insurance customer service, brokerage knowledge, and active licensing (CISR preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing, professional designation (CISR) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business processes: research, submissions, proposals, binding coverage, and follow-up.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
