Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team, Producer, and Account Executive in Longwood, FL, with remote options for Eastern/Central time zones. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in insurance customer service, strong knowledge of brokerage needs, active licensing (CISR preferred), and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing with CISR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business with client research, submissions, and proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status with the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively respond to requests.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Seek continuous improvement and champion IOA values.
