Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and invoicing.
• Support new and renewal business with submissions, proposals, and binders.
• Review contracts to confirm proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
